We are pleased to present the latest improvements deployed in July 2026 on the Viva Helix platform.
This update brings new tools to facilitate learner tracking, offer greater flexibility in managing your training programs, and improve your administration experience.
1. Better participant tracking in the purchases menu
Two new columns are now available: Access Code and Progress. This information was already accessible in the Registrations menu and is now available directly from the purchase tracking view.
2. Custom terms and conditions per course
A new "Custom Terms and Conditions" field is now available in each course. When filled in, the course-specific terms replace the platform's general terms and conditions.
If multiple courses are present in the same cart, the general terms and conditions apply. The same logic is applied on invoices.
3. A Modernized text editor
The text editor in the administration environment has been updated to offer a more modern experience, improved stability, and better compatibility with recent browsers.
4. Student environment improvements
Several fixes have been applied to the student interface to improve display and navigation flow following the latest platform updates.
